Deleting your "Kiss & Cry" account

1. Deleting the account in the app

• Open the Kiss & Cry app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Open the “More” menu — the ☰ icon in the top left corner.
• In the “Account” section, choose “Account management”.
• Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

The account is deleted at once, and this cannot be undone. The app keeps working, and you carry on using it as a guest.

2. If you no longer have the app

Write to andrey.davidchyk@gmail.com from the e-mail address you sign in to the app with, and ask for the account to be deleted. We delete it without undue delay, within one month at the latest, and confirm by reply.
This applies to accounts registered with an e-mail address. A guest account is linked to no address, so a message cannot identify it.

3. What is deleted

• the account and its sign-in details
• the skaters and clubs you follow, and your notification settings
• your devices' registrations for push notifications
• conversations held in the app — for both of their participants
• a pending request to be linked to a skater or to change their profile

The skater profile added after linking the account — picture, gallery, chosen spelling of the name and social media profiles — is no longer shown in the app.

4. What stays

Competition results, including the page of the skater the account was linked to. They are public data from competition protocols rather than data of the account, so deleting the account does not cover them.
